Merging Properties

You can merge properties which combines either 2 or more properties at a time. You will need to first move the properties so they are in the same companies, which you can do by re-assigning the company when editing a property:

Once the properties you want to merge are in the same company you can then select the rows to highlight them in blue. Click on the general row itself to highlight:

From here click the 3 dots on the top right and select "Merge Selected":

You will have a choice to select all you want to merge (be sure to scroll to the right to see all fields):

Make sure you pick one of the records to be the "primary" and delete the other. When you have your selections click the "Merge" button to save.
