Go to the property, scroll down to the "Service Agreements" tab, open it, and click the "New Agreement" button.
When entering a service agreement, you will need to give it a name, choose the start date, who sold it, and choose the frequency (monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, annually). You can upload an attachment if you choose (i.e. a pdf of the signed agreement), enter a price, or add a note.
Click the "Submit" button when you are done.
Once you have added the agreement you can view it under the Service Agreements tab within the property or on the master Service Agreements list (located under Reports).
You will be able to see the name, start date, next inspection date, frequency, company, property, the date of the last inspection, and who entered this agreement into the system.
