Outlining property sections

Prior to any inspections or service work being performed on this property, you will need to outline the section(s) of the building.

There are a couple of different ways you can access the property's aerial to outline...

You can click the pencil icon located next to the number of sections listed on the property page, or you can scroll down to the inspection tab and click the "Edit" button.

The system will auto-generate the first section, but before you outline your first section you will want to center the entire property in the top photo and click "Save Layout".

When you scroll down you will see the section(s). Click the pencil icon, zoom in and start clicking the crosshairs around the edge of the roof. If you mess up don't worry, once you enclose your outline you will be able to adjust the points to get as accurate as you want. Center your aerial image and fill out any of the section information you know, then click save when you are done.

You can add as many sections as needed by clicking the "Add Section" button.

Outlining the property's section(s) ensures the ability to plot locations of deficiencies/issues for inspections, site bids, and service tickets, so you can provide more information to your client.
