Once the inspection has been reviewed and approved for the client to view, you can send them a link to the PDF as well as the attachment, or give them access to the client portal.
To send your client a link/pdf to access the inspection:
- Scroll down to the "Inspection Report" tab within the property and click the "Preview" button.
- Click the print button.
- Download to a pdf.
- Email the PDF of the inspection report to your client.
**If the pdf is over 25MB it will not be able to be sent through email. In this case, you will want to send the URL hyperlink of the pdf in order for your client to be able to view the report. You can copy and paste the URL to an email to your client.
To give your client access to the inspection through the Client Portal:
- Assign your client a password for access to the portal. *For assistance on this refer to this article - Client Portal: Who Has Access & How Do They Get It?
- Make sure the property is set to "Show to Client". *For assistance on this refer to this article - Approving Properties for Client Portal
- Email your client their Client Portal login information (email/password) and let them know their inspection has been completed.
