Approving properties for the client portal simply means you are giving your client access to view that property's history with your company, including the most recent inspection, all service tickets, all projects, all warranties, and the ability to utilize the budget module.
To enable property visibility in the client portal, edit the property information, open "Advanced Fields", select "Show to Client", and click "Save".
**Before making the property visible within the client portal and giving your customer access, you should make sure the inspection looks the way you want and all notes/docs you want your client to see are marked as "Show to Client".
