Any contact associated with a property can access the client portal if you provide them with a password.
When adding a contact you will select which property(s) they manage, enter their email address, and assign them a password if you want them to have access to the client portal.
**If the "Login Status" is inactive the contact will not be able to log in to the client portal.
You can choose to email them the password you created, or you can generate a login link and copy/paste it to an email for them to use temporarily. (Login links are only valid for 7 days)
