When you know for certain you are going to this property to perform some type of service, you can create a new service ticket by:
- Going to the property and clicking the "Dispatch" button.
- Going to the master service list and clicking the "New Ticket" button.
When entering your ticket information you can:
- Assign a specific section this ticket is for
- Assign Site Contacts for this ticket
- Include repairs from the inspection
- Select your service type for this ticket (i.e. leak, scope, warranty, RTM, etc.)
- Enter a PO
- Set your labor rate for this ticket
- Enter a “Not to Exceed” if there is one
- Set system notifications for this ticket to on, off, or internal
- Fill out any custom fields your company may have
- Enter any relevant notes for the technician (i.e. requires a 40' ladder, this is the gate code, etc.)
- Attach a file and/or contact(s) (i.e. photo of the leak, who they need to check in/out with, etc.)
Once you click submit, you will be able to review all of the ticket information to ensure you have everything you need to schedule this ticket.
