If a service technician is using the time-clock in CP to clock in at the beginning of the day and out at the end of the day, the system will automatically track the time (travel & labor) the tech spends on each ticket that day.
Once the technician is clocked in, they will then be able to add their helpers as needed. They will also be able to clock their helper(s) in and out as needed throughout that day.
If there are any helpers that are already clocked in, they will have a green timer symbol next to their name.
At the end of the day, the technician will clock out himself and his helper(s) through the time-clock.
When you view the timekeeping list you will see the time entry for the technician and one for the helper.
When you click on one of the entries, you will be able to see all of the tickets the tech worked on that day, broken into travel time and labor time for each ticket.
You can export a detailed service view of the entire timekeeping list by clicking the 3 dots in the top right corner, then selecting " Detailed CSV with Service".
