The tech board gives you a master list of all New and Accepted service tickets and allows you to drag and drop for easy scheduling.
You can access this board from the "Tech Board" tab under the "Service" section of the main menu.
From this page, you can:
- View and access all new and accepted service tickets within the system.
- Drag and drop to assign service tickets to a specific technician.
- Click each ticket on the board to see a mini overview of that ticket.
- Drag to switch tickets to a different technician and/or day.
- Turn on/off technicians or subcontractors, filter by service type, and/or filter by location (if applicable).
