Battle Stats Overview

The Battle Stats page gives you a view of the entire company’s stats, as well as individual employee stats. (Quoted, Sold, Close Rate)

You can access the Battle Stats page from the Reports section in the main menu.

Your company totals will be displayed at the top of the page.

You will have 3 columns;

• The "Quoted" column will show you the total dollar amount for each product and the number of opportunities that make up that total.

• 

• The "Sold" column will show you the total dollar amount sold and the number of jobs that make up that total.                                                                                                       

• The "Close $/Close #" column will show you the close rate percentage for the dollar value of sales (value of jobs quoted/value of jobs sold), and the close rate percentage for the number of sales (number of jobs quoted/number of jobs sold).                                                                                 

Below your company totals, you will see individual scorecards for your employees.

This page allows you to:

• View a snapshot of what your company has done within a certain time frame.
• View a list of each product included in the total. (To do this click on the 3 lines  next to the totals for the products)
• View stats of individual employees. (You can also access lists of each task by clicking the 3 lines next to the task)                                                                                                           
• Edit quotas for each employee. (To do this click the pencil icon next to the "Total Quoted" or "Total Sold" in an individual's scorecard, fill out the goals, and click "Save Goals".)

You can set different goals for the week, the month, and the year. For assistance on this please refer to the article on Setting Goals & Quotas.

**Your company's goals are the sum of all of your employee's goals.
