You can either assign a task for someone to go inspect this property or if you are charging for the inspection you can create a service ticket for a technician to go inspect this property.
If you assign someone a task:
- The person you assign it to will be notified via email (if you select to send an internal invite) and will have this task on their personal (google/outlook) calendar.
- The inspector can then access the inspection within Centerpoint directly from the task created for them.
If you create a service ticket:
- The technician you assign it to will be notified via text of a new ticket on their board and can complete the inspection through that ticket.
