Production Overview

All projects are created through opportunities.

You can view all of the projects your company has, either in a list view or a board view. 

From the production list you can:

• Filter by date range, project stage, and project manager.
• View and access each project within the system as well as the property it is associated with.
• View information for each project such as start date, end date, and contract amount.

From the production board you can:

• View and access each project.
• View what jobs you have in each project category. (corporate, new construction, re-roof)
• Add and/or subtract days of work from each ongoing project and see what crew is working on each project.
• Switch to "Schedule" view to assign crews to jobs.

You can also access each project and all of its information under the Projects tab through the property or company it is associated with.
