You can add custom fields from within your company's settings.
You can add Custom Fields for:
- Companies - will show in the company's info section
- Properties - will show in the property's info section
- Opportunities/Service/Production - will show on the opportunity info section and service or production info sections
- Profiles - will show in employee and contact information
- Production Days - will show on the production days of work form that feeds the DPR
- Questionnaire - will show in the estimating questionnaire
When creating a new custom field, you can select a type, a label, and a description.
You must select an option from the dropdown.
This should be whatever you want this field to read (i.e. division, roof size, etc.)
You can type in a description of what this field means.
Once you create a custom field, it will be shown in the area in which you created it.
For example:
If you add in a custom field for a company for Customer Type, you will then see that field on all company's info. Custom fields are also filterable on the master lists.
