Centerpoint offers many different ways to view and filter the tickets within your company. We give you a list view, map view, and board view.
Service List - The service list gives you a master list of all service tickets within the system.
You can filter this list by date range, ticket stage, service type, technician, and any custom service fields you may have. From this list you can also;
- View and access each service ticket within the system.
- View and access the company and property each service ticket belongs to.
- View if there is a service agreement attached to the property a ticket is assigned to.
- View who the technician is for each service ticket.
- View the amount for each invoiced service ticket as well as if they have paid or not.
- View the material, labor, and other totals for each service ticket.
Service Map - The service map gives you a geographic view of all service tickets within the system.
You can filter this map by date, ticket stage, service type, and technician. From this page you can also;
- View and access all service tickets (between stages new - in progress) within the system.
- Use this map to help schedule tickets to technicians in that area.
- Click each ticket on the map to see a mini overview of that ticket.
- Zoom in and out as well as make the map fullscreen.
Tech Board - The tech board gives you a master list of all New and Accepted service tickets and allows you to drag and drop to schedule them.
You can filter this page by weekly date range, service type, and technician. From this page you can also;
- View and access all new and accepted service tickets within the system.
- Drag and drop to assign service tickets to a specific technician.
- Click each ticket on the board to see a mini overview of that ticket.
- Drag to switch tickets to a different technician and/or day.
- View all tickets (including closed and invoiced).
