Viewing & Managing your Lead Type Library

The Lead Type Library holds all of the different lead types you have for your company.

You can access your Lead Type Library from within the settings. 

From your library, you can add new lead types or deactivate old lead types. 

The benefit of deactivating instead of deleting is you will still be able to view all opportunities that had the old lead type, if you delete the lead type it will remove it from all opportunities it is tied to.

This library will feed the lead type dropdown for opportunities.

You can also filter your master opportunities list by lead type.
