Your CP account will come pre-loaded with materials. When a technician adds materials to a ticket that were used on that job, the options for them to pick from will be pulled from this library. You can access your company's Material Library from within the settings.
You can edit any of the existing materials, you can also add individual materials to this library. When adding materials, you can tag it to the type of roof system it applies to, input details for estimating (if enabled), assign a unit of measure, and input the cost per unit.
You can also download your material library to a CSV file if you want to make adjustments in bulk. Click the 3 dots, generate missing material codes, then download CSV. The system uses the material code to update existing items.
Once you are finished adding/editing the CSV, click the 3 dots again and click "Import CSV". A box will appear where you will drop your CSV and click import.
