Your company's Repair Library can come pre-loaded with over 400 repairs. This list will feed into the inspection reports and site bids when the technicians are inputting issues.
You can access the Repair Library from the Admin Settings section.
You can also add individual repairs to the repair library by clicking the "Add Repair" button.
When adding a new repair, you will have the option to tag this repair to the different roof types it is seen on, enter the repair's name, a description of the issue, correction (what needs to be done to fix it), corrected (what you did to fix it), the unit of measure, and the sale price per unit.
You also have the ability to edit the repairs in your repair library. Simply click on the repair you wish to edit, then click the pencil icon in the top right.
If you wish to update your repair library in bulk, you can click the 3 dots in the top right of the repair library list, then generate missing reference codes, then download CSV.
After you have downloaded your library you can make any changes to your existing repairs and/or add new repairs. If you are updating existing repairs be sure to leave the reference code in place as this is how the system knows it is updating an existing record and not adding a new record. Once you are ready to upload your library back into your system, you will go to the repair library, click the 3 dots, then click import CSV. A box will come up where you will drop your updated CSV file and click import. You will need to refresh the page or leave and return to the repair library to see the imported updates.
