Billable Full (Office) Users:
Admin - Can access the admin panel in settings and control the entire account (managing users, libraries, and general settings). Admin does not show on service dropdowns, account manager dropdowns, or project manager dropdowns.
Office Manager - General access to the entire system however, cannot access the admin panel to make system-wide changes. Office Managers do not show on service dropdowns, account manager dropdowns, or project manager dropdowns.
Sales / Account Managers - Has general access to the system which mirrors an office manager but is displayed on account manager dropdowns. Account manager dropdowns drive service/production notifications for their jobs sold.
Account Manager - Can only see Companies/Properties they create and/or ones that are assigned to them and can perform functions within these accounts.
Estimator - Treated like an office manager in terms of permissions but can be assigned opportunities through the “estimator” field.
Billable Field Users:
Service Foreman - Can run work orders assigned to them, schedule work orders, and can also see/access the book of business. This is really a sales/service role.
Service Technician - Can only see what is on their service board (the service jobs assigned to them).
Project Manager - Can only see their project board (the production jobs assigned to them).
Technician / Project Manager - Will appear on the service list as well as the project manager list. When this user logs in they will see both the service schedule and project schedule displaying only jobs assigned to them.
Timekeeping User - This user can only clock in and out. If you add this user to the technician or project manager list and assign them a job, they will be able to clock into that job.
Full Access Timekeeping User - This user can clock into any job in your system whether it is assigned to them or not.
Non-Billable Users:
Service Helper - This user is entered into the system so they can be punched in and their costs tracked when they are added to service tickets. They do not have any access to the system.
**CP Support - This is not a role in your system, we just want to let you know this user is for Centerpoint's support team to be able to access your system in the event you need assistance with something. Your company is not charged for this user.
Each user can be added to the Project Manager, Technician, Account Manager, and/or Helpers List to support further customization for users:
