Any Administrator you have set up in your company has access to your company's CP settings.
From your company's settings, you can access and edit the following:
- Employees - users
- Libraries - Repairs, materials, lead types, cost codes, etc.
- Integrations - QuickBooks Online
- Custom Fields - company, property, opportunity, service, production
- Location Settings - other office location settings
- Account Information - address, time zone, website
- CRM Settings - property approval, opportunity types, grading chart, inspection & document footer, photo size, file library tags, proposal terms & conditions, and recommendation templates.
- Service Settings - labor rates, truck IDs, markup, tax rate, invoice pay link, payment terms, invoice contact, default line items, invoice cc's, service approvers, etc.
- Production Settings - day descriptions, DPR settings
- System Settings - logos
Company settings that are not accessible on your side include:
- Modules
- System Colors
- System Email Sources
