Company Settings

Any Administrator you have set up in your company has access to your company's CP settings.

From your company's settings, you can access and edit the following:

• Employees - users
• Libraries - Repairs, materials, lead types, cost codes, etc.
• Integrations - QuickBooks Online
• Custom Fields - company, property, opportunity, service, production
• Location Settings - other office location settings

• Account Information - address, time zone, website

• CRM Settings - property approval, opportunity types, grading chart, inspection & document footer, photo size, file library tags, proposal terms & conditions, and recommendation templates.

• Service Settings - labor rates, truck IDs, markup, tax rate, invoice pay link, payment terms, invoice contact, default line items, invoice cc's, service approvers, etc.                                                 

• Production Settings - day descriptions, DPR settings

• System Settings - logos

Company settings that are not accessible on your side include:

• Modules
• System Colors
• System Email Sources
