When you go into edit an invoice you will be able to see a breakdown of what was produced vs. what you are billing and the margin you have on this ticket.
The green side is what it cost your company to produce this ticket and the blue side is what you are charging your customer.
You will be able to see each line item being applied to this invoice. You can choose to show this item on the invoice and choose if each line item is taxable or not.
You will be able to see on each line item how much you are charging your customer (blue side), how much it cost your company (green side), and the margin you have on this ticket. Its important to note the cost per user comes from the user profile called "Hourly Cost".
You can add line items to each invoice if needed. Simply click the "Add Line +" button located at the bottom right of the "Details" section.
Once you are done, click "Save". You can then scroll down to the invoice and see the total.
